$3,950 + tax 5-Hour Private Venue Rental Security Fee: $200 (required) The Signature Luxe Experience delivers a full visual transformation of the space. This package is designed for clients who want a dramatic, immersive atmosphere with layered décor and elevated design throughout the venue. This package includes: •Five (5) hours of private luxury venue access • Accommodates up to 100 guests • Dedicated Event Manager • Full professional setup and cleanup • Up to 10 round guest tables • Up to 100 guest chairs • Five (5) banquet tables for food, dessert, or display • Specialty guest table linens • Silver or gold acrylic charger plates • Curated designer centerpieces • Full room draping (walls and/or ceiling based on layout) • Enhanced lighting design to complement draping and décor • Bluetooth-enabled sound system • Full kitchen prep area (no stove) • Guest Wi-Fi connectivity • Three (3) focal points total, including: ◦ One base focal point ◦ Two luxury focal features (flower wall, grass wall, shimmer wall, or custom backdrop) • • Elevated styling throughout the entire venue

Cancellation Policy • All deposits are non-refundable • Investments and retainers secure your date, staffing, and preparation • No refunds under any circumstances • Failure to appear on the event date results in forfeiture of all payments
