To ensure every event at Studio iLuxe runs smoothly, safely, and respectfully, please review and follow our venue policies:

STUDIO iLUXE PACKAGE POLICY

Studio iLuxe packages are intentionally designed and priced as complete experiences at three distinct service levels.

Package inclusions cannot be removed, exchanged, substituted, or credited toward a lower price.

NO DOWNGRADES — UPGRADES ONLY

Clients may upgrade to a higher package at any time, subject to availability.

Décor or services offered exclusively in a higher-tier package cannot be individually added to a lower-tier package. If your desired design or service exceeds the package selected, you must upgrade to the appropriate package level.

PAYMENT & BALANCE POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure your selected Studio iLUXE package. Your event date is not considered reserved until the required deposit and signed event agreement have been received.

The remaining balance is due in full no later than thirty (30) days before your scheduled event date.

Balances not received by the due date are subject to the following late fees:

1–14 days past due: $150 late fee

15 days or more past due: An additional $300 late fee, for a total of $450 in late fees

All outstanding balances and applicable late fees must be paid before Studio iLUXE proceeds with final event preparation and fulfillment.

The same late-payment policy applies to all approved payment arrangements and installment plans. Payments must be received according to the dates established in the agreed-upon payment schedule. A missed scheduled payment is considered past due and is subject to the applicable late fee.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I would also add one important sentence to protect your schedule:

Failure to bring the account current may result in suspension of event planning, design, purchasing, production, or other event-related services until the outstanding balance and applicable fees are paid.

That gives you some leverage without immediately saying their event is canceled.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.

• Clients are responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or event activities.

• Studio iLuxe property may not be removed from the premises under any circumstances.

• All outside vendors must be approved in advance to ensure compliance with venue standards.

• Children must be supervised at all times for their safety and the protection of the space.

• Overtime is billed at $100 per hour, based on availability and prior approval.

• Confetti, glitter, and similar décor items are not allowed inside the venue.

• Capacity is strictly capped at 100 people—no exceptions

•  We need “No Parking” signage—guests cannot park in the shopping center lot (liquor store/nail shop side) or any neighboring properties to avoid ticketing

•  No loitering outside the building—no smoking or drinking in front or on surrounding properties

•  No outside parking on other businesses’ lots at all

•   No outside decorators/vendors—I want to keep everything in-house moving forward

•   Clients/vendors are responsible for bringing their own chafing dishes, burners, utensils, etc.

•      Seating is limited to 100 chairs only—no extra chairs will be provided

Liability

Studio iLuxe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Clients assume full responsibility and liability for their event, including the actions and conduct of all guests and vendors.
