2,850 + tax 5-Hour Private Venue Rental Security Fee: $200 (required) The Enhanced Luxury Experience elevates the foundation with upgraded styling, intentional tablescapes, and a more impactful focal design — perfect for clients who want their event to feel styled and cohesive without a full venue transformation. This package includes: • Five (5) hours of private luxury venue access • Accommodates up to 100 guests • Dedicated Event Manager • Full professional setup and cleanup • Up to 10 round guest tables • Up to 100 guest chairs • Five (5) banquet tables for food, dessert, or display • Specialty guest table linens (curated fabrics or upgraded textures) • Silver or gold acrylic charger plates • Curated designer centerpieces for guest tables • Bluetooth-enabled sound system • Full kitchen prep area (no stove) • Guest Wi-Fi connectivity • Two (2) focal points total, including: ◦ One base focal point ◦ One upgraded focal feature (flower wall, grass wall, shimmer wall, or statement backdrop) • • Enhanced décor styling throughout the venue and breakdown n 5PM–12AM
